Prismr Terms of Service

Welcome to Prismr ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, including image stylization, image-to-video, dual-image video generation, outfit swap, face swap, and AI dance imitation (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use the Services.
By using Prismr, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration
Certain features may require creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload.
By uploading or generating content using Prismr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the Services.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates privacy rights, including images of minors without consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Upload content containing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or manipulate the AI models or algorithms.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
Use the Services to generate misleading or harmful deepfakes for non-personal purposes without consent.

5. Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, content, and documentation provided by Prismr are owned or licensed by us.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our software or AI models without permission.
Generated content belongs to you, but Prismr reserves the right to use it to improve the Services (see Section 3).

6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
Prismr does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate results.
You use the Services at your own risk, including any AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
We are not responsible for third-party actions or content.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by following in-app instructions.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Prismr operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated via app notification or email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
