Prismr Privacy Policy

Prismr ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our AI tools, including image stylization, image-to-video, dual-image video generation, outfit swap, face swap, and AI dance imitation. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide
Account Information: Username, email address, phone number (if applicable).
Uploaded Content: Photos, videos, and other materials used for image stylization, image-to-video, dual-image video generation, outfit swap, face swap, or AI dance imitation.
Creation Data: Preferences, editing history, selected styles, and other information generated during content creation.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected
Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type.
Usage Information: Feature usage, task logs, crash reports, access times, and page interactions.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: Used to improve user experience and enable personalized recommendations.

2. Facial Data Processing (Important Notice)

Our application allows users to upload photos or videos for creative AI-based generation features, including image stylization, image-to-video, dual-image video generation, outfit swap, face swap, and AI dance imitation.

2.1 What Face Data We Collect
When users choose to use AI features that involve facial content, the following types of facial data may be temporarily extracted from uploaded media:

- Facial landmark coordinates (positions of eyes, nose, mouth, jawline, and eyebrows)
- Structural motion reference points for pose estimation and movement transfer
- Face region segmentation masks (identifying face areas for processing)
- Facial feature embeddings (mathematical representations used for face/outfit swap compositing)

We do NOT collect biometric identifiers, emotional state data, skin texture data, or any data that could be used for identity verification or surveillance purposes.

2.2 How We Use Face Data
Facial-related data is used exclusively for the specific creative feature requested by the user:

- Generating animated video effects from static images (image-to-video)
- Applying artistic style transformations (image stylization)
- Enabling motion transfer such as dance imitation (AI dance)
- Creating interactive visual content between multiple images (dual-image video)
- Performing outfit and face swap compositing (outfit swap, face swap)

All processing is performed solely to generate the requested output. Facial data is never used for advertising, profiling, user analytics, identity verification, facial recognition, or any purpose unrelated to the active feature request.

2.3 Third-Party Sharing of Face Data
We do not sell, share, or transfer facial data to any third party. All AI processing of facial data is performed exclusively on Prismr's own servers. No facial data is sent to third-party AI service providers, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

2.4 Where Face Data Is Stored and Processed
Facial data extracted from uploaded media is transmitted securely via encrypted connection (TLS) to Prismr's own servers for AI processing. Data is stored temporarily in memory during processing and is not written to any persistent database, archive, or backup system.

2.5 How Long Face Data Is Retained
Facial data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the user's specific generation request:

- During active processing: data resides in server memory
- Upon completion: facial data is immediately and permanently deleted
- Maximum retention: typically seconds to minutes; never exceeding the processing time of the active request

We do not maintain any database, archive, or backup of facial data. Users may also cancel processing at any time, which triggers immediate deletion.

2.6 User Consent for Face Data Processing
Before any facial data is processed, Prismr displays a clear consent prompt explaining:
- That facial data will be extracted from the uploaded media
- The specific purpose of processing (as requested by the user)
- That processing occurs on Prismr's own servers
- The immediate deletion policy after processing

Users must actively tap "Allow" or "Agree" to proceed. If consent is declined, the feature will not process the media, and no data will be transmitted.

2.7 No Biometric Database
We do not create or store any persistent biometric profiles of users. We do not maintain a facial recognition database. We do not use facial data for identification, authentication, or surveillance.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:
Provide, operate, and optimize Prismr services.
Generate AI images and videos according to user inputs.
Personalize recommendations and enhance content quality.
Analyze and improve product performance and features.
Prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure platform security.
Comply with applicable legal requirements.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only in the following cases:

Service Providers: We use third-party service providers for cloud infrastructure (hosting), content delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and to provide equal or greater data protection. They are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

Important: All AI processing of uploaded media and facial data is performed on Prismr's own servers. We do not send user content to any third-party AI service provider for processing.

Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Business Transfers: In the event of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, with privacy protection maintained.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including:

- Encryption in transit (TLS) for all data transmitted between the app and our servers
- Encryption at rest for stored data
- Access controls limiting server access to authorized personnel only
- Regular security reviews

Uploaded content is used only for generation tasks and the necessary storage period.

Facial Data Security:
Facial-related data used for AI generation is processed securely in server memory and is not used for identity recognition.
We do not maintain biometric identification databases.
Uploaded media is stored only temporarily for processing and is deleted after completion of generation tasks.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded images and videos are stored only for processing purposes.
Generated results and input data are automatically deleted within 24 hours unless otherwise required for technical processing.
Users may manually delete their data at any time.
Facial data extracted during processing is deleted immediately after the output is delivered (seconds to minutes).

7. User Rights

Depending on applicable law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the following rights:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Withdraw consent or restrict processing.
Request data portability (download your data).
Opt out of personalized recommendations or targeted content.
File a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children's Privacy

Prismr is not intended for children under 13 years old.
Do not upload images containing minors without parental consent.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Third-Party Services

Prismr uses limited third-party services only for:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting (e.g., cloud server providers)
- Analytics and crash reporting (aggregated, non-personal data only)
- Content delivery networks (for optimized media delivery)

We do NOT use third-party AI processing services. All AI model inference (image stylization, video generation, face swap, outfit swap, dance imitation) is performed on Prismr's own servers.

Please review third-party privacy policies, as they may differ from ours.

10. User Consent for Data Processing

Before uploading or processing any media through our AI features, Prismr displays an in-app consent dialog that:
- Explains what data will be sent to our servers (the uploaded photo or video)
- Identifies the recipient (Prismr's own servers)
- States the purpose (the specific AI feature requested by the user)
- Describes the retention period (temporary, deleted within 24 hours)
- Provides a link to this Privacy Policy
- Requires active user consent via "Allow" button

Users who decline consent may still use the app but will not be able to access AI processing features.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Significant changes will be communicated via app notifications or other prominent means, and, where required by law, we will obtain your consent before the changes take effect.
